Oxygen Provides Anywhere, Any Device Access to EMC Atmos, Isilon, VNX Storage Systems to Support Enterprise BYOD Mobile Strategy

Redwood City, California – May 21, 2012 – Oxygen Cloud, today announced that Oxygen’s Enterprise Mobile Sync and Share solution is now available through EMC Select, a program which helps EMC customers easily acquire solutions that comprise an information infrastructure. EMC enterprise customers can now benefit from a comprehensive solution to accessing all company files on tablets and other mobile devices. This announcement kicks off the second year of EMC and Oxygen’s collaboration around mobile enterprise solutions and highlights many solution enhancements, including support for more EMC storage platforms, more types of mobile devices, and integration with mobile productivity apps.

Oxygen enables direct iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows, Mac, and Browser access to EMC Atmos, Isilon and VNX storage systems for secure file browsing, editing and sharing. Oxygen’s integration with EMC storage leverages the flexibility, scalability and performance of Atmos, Isilon and VNX.

This joint architecture, which can also include corporate authentication systems like Active Directory, allows enterprise IT to centrally control access and maintain compliance for added security. Oxygen enhances user productivity by seamlessly synchronizing files across all devices, networks and teams, all while protecting data in on-premises EMC storage and eliminating the risk of unauthorized access on lost devices.
