Fonville Morisey Realty Uses Oxygen Cloud for Anywhere, Any Device Access to Files

Fonville Morisey Realty, a leader in new and resale residential real estate, is rolling out Oxygen to their eleven sales offices across the country. With a majority of users being remote agents out in the field, FM Realty needed to provide an easy to use solution so all their agents can securely access all their files from different locations and across various mobile devices.

Looking for a mobile access solution
VPN wasn’t the answer, and local network drives are insufficient to meet the needs for the mobile agents who aren’t always in the office. In addition, IT needed a way to easily manage user access and authentication with 1,000 users in the company.

How Oxygen Cloud Worked for Fonville Morisey Realty

Virtual Drives for Anywhere Access
With Oxygen Cloud’s virtual drives, all FM Realty employees can now easily access their files from anywhere. All the field users don’t have to go through VPN or try to send email attachments back and forth just to get to the latest files they need.

AD Integration for User Management and Authentication
IT is gradually deploying Oxygen across all eleven FM Realty offices and 1000 users. They are utilizing Oxygen’s AD/LDAP integration support to manage access and user authentication.

We are very excited to have FM Realty as our latest customer!

Quite a few other leading real estate companies have also adopted Oxygen, including FM Realty’s parent company – Long and Foster and Cassidy Turley. We’ll be sharing more customer success and use cases soon so stay tuned!
